Q. Why are there no prices for viewing for some
of your products?
Q. Why do you charge 60% deposit on all orders?
A. Due to the popularity of these products which bring about price variances in manufacturing, consistency in pricing for these products has been a continued challenge from our overseas supplier. On request, we can  provide a quote on these products for the quantity, colours  and imprint  locations specified.  A. Deposits on all orders has been our long standing policy; we charge this advance fee due to the upfront cost involved with product retrieval, artwork configuration, administration fee, screen set-up, and to determine your commitment



What is the best and fastest way to get Quotes?

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. It is just fine to call us for a quote on a specific product with your quantity, we do recommend that you take advantage of the methods available in our "contact us" section, it has been  modified for your convenience for the handling of  inquires. We get many calls for inquires daily and have implemented several methods in our contact
section of our website to offset the high volume of  inquires by phone, which allows us to provide assistants to  everyone within a reasonable timeframe.


 A. Yes. Note that cancelling your order will not entitle you to a refund. We do not offer refunds. Because you have already paid for your order and will not be given a refund for discontinuing an order, we believe it is in your best interest to allow us to complete your order and ship it to you as agreed.






What is an artwork? Q. I have my own artwork, can I send it to you, and in what format?
 A. This is required for all projects. An artwork is a computer generated information of your design that is transferred onto a special type of film, which is then applied to a screen for the developing stage for preparation to be added to your chosen material

Q. What is your refund policy?

Q. How accurate are your quoted prices?
A.   All sales on all orders are final- refunds will be not granted. Further, should you request for a stop or discontinuation of your order while it is in production, you are obligated to any outstanding balance remaining. Due to the upfront cost  to us for  product retrieval and customization  for the products requested, we cannot provide refunds.




   



A. Our quoted prices are the exact amount you will be charged should you decide to place your order within a reasonable time. However, the quotes given are not fixed in that it may not be the same in a few weeks or a months time. You may need a new quote. Note that all quotes excludes applicable taxes, which will be added to your final invoice accordingly.








Q. Can I change my order? Q. We ordered some t-shirts but need an extra few more?
A. Yes. However, do keep in mind that these changes must be made prior to your order being processed for production, and the overall price of your order may change. You will be billed up to a maximum of $135 should you make any changes to your  artwork. Due to the complexity involved in the production stages around artwork configuration, transportation, and production detailing, we cannot grant any request for order changes once an order is in the production stage.



 
A. It is best to order more than what you actually need for your project. Having about 5-10 extras is often a good solution. You never know who you maybe forgetting. If you want an extra few shirts, sweaters or whatever the product maybe, you will be making a new order, which means paying for all the required cost all over again. Save yourself the time and money by ordering those few extra shirts, etc, in your original order.
