We provide a wide range in prices for  quantities below 50; however,  Our minimum intake for all  orders are 50 pieces-orders below 50 are subjected to our Quantity Fee

QUANTITY FEE: A quantity fee of $30.00 will be charged to all orders less than 50 pieces.

Trademarks: All orders, copies, and materials received for commercial use, business and/or individual use will be accepted as being in full conformity  with all applicable laws regarding copyright of privacy, trademarks, patent or similar protection.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Promo Production accepts payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Order, and Certified company cheque. All orders are subjected to a 60% deposit prior to production commencement. All NSF cheques are subjected to service charges.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION/SCREEN PRINT SET UP: Please send artwork in illustrator format, adobe Photoshop, Corel draw, or as a Pdf file. Email artwork @300dpi@100% to info@promoproduction.com. If you would like us to do the artwork for you, the cost is $45/hr for a minimum of three hours. Screen setup per colour is $35.00.

SAMPLES: There is a 30.00 fee per sample. Refundable fees are granted on all samples if an order is made. 

FABRIC DISCLAIMER:  Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the exact color shade requested  on orders;  minor differences in colour may occur.

SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipment for their order. Shipping cost are added to all final invoices. If you have an account number with a courier company who you would like us to ship your order with once completed, please provide this to the staff prior to your order. Should any packages be returned to Promo Production due to customers providing the wrong address or the designated courier service being unable to make contact with the receiver, customers will be held responsible for re-shipment of their package(s) and re-payment of duty fees if any charged to Promo Production upon packages being returned.

REPEAT ORDERS: Let us know if you will be making the same order within 12 months, Re-set up charge of $15.00 per color within twelve months of original order.  

PAPER PROOF:  First paper proofs if requested are provided at no cost.  Each additional paper proof are $2.00 and will be added accordingly to your final invoice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:  All order changing  must be in writing.  Any changes to orders must be confirmed in writing and may affect original shipping date.
