Promo Production understands the difficulties and pressures involved in preparing for an event and as such we have provided a guideline of questions for you to put forward when making an inquiry. This will allow for you to receive a timely and successful reply. Below are guideline of questions we have provided to assist you in your inquires, feel free to ask any additional questions you may have which may not be mentioned below. Step One: What product are you interested in? Step Two: How many pieces of that particular product are you looking to order? Step Three: Are you interested in an imprinted product or embroidery? Step Four: How many colors would you like added to your product? Step Five: Where would you like the imprint or embroidery, on the front, back or both sides? Step Six: State the deadline for your order(s) Steps taken before production on all orders are as follows: -Approval of all stated within the contract by Promo Production & Client -Send Artwork if applicable Artwork confirmation -Your approval of the quote given by making deposit/signing appropriate forms -Promo Production refund policy expires -Production on your order(s) begins -order is quality inspected & packaged for delivery Client is informed of their order(s) completion and final invoice for payment is sent Final payment received Order(s) shipped to client by service of choice
