Promo Production guarantees the completion of most orders within 5-7 business days upon approval confirmation. Significantly larger orders(10,000 pieces and higher) typically do not fall in the category of being completed within 7 business days, due to the quantity and complexity often involved in regards to detailing of the order; however, we strive to complete and ship large orders in a reasonable fashion by the due date specified by the client. Blank items can be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery timeframe for purchases made through our online shop takes approximately 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. Promo Production ships all orders in time to arrive at their destination by the time stated. We are not responsible for delays incurred while orders are in transit. It is recommended that you make your due date for your order much earlier than its actual due date. By doing this, you increase the chances of your order(s) arriving on time, despite any delays that may occur in customs.
